Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Strata9 Inc. ("Strata9", "we", "us") handles personal information on Strata9.team, the site for people who apply to and work in the Strata9 Sales Executive Program. It covers applicants, Sales Executives and people who view a Sales Executive's digital business card. The privacy policy at strata9.exchange covers customers of Strata9.exchange and Strata9.rentals.

1. Information we collect

When you apply: your name, email, phone, mailing address, LinkedIn profile URL, background, the "About you" text you write, and your consent to be contacted. We also record the date of the application and the IP address it came from, to prevent spam.

When you are approved: your referral code, card address, account status, and the profile details you add, such as your photo, phone, LinkedIn URL and short bio.

Commission records: the accounts credited to you, the payments they make, the commission each payment creates, reversals, payout requests and payouts.

Payout setup: payouts run through Stripe. Stripe collects your identity documents, bank details and tax identification number directly. We do not receive or store your full bank account number or tax ID. Stripe tells us whether your account is ready for payouts and what Stripe still needs.

Sign-in and use: your email address for sign-in links, a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request.

2. How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To run your account, show your dashboard and publish your digital business card.
• To attribute accounts to you, calculate commission and send payouts.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations, including Form 1099 reporting.
• To prevent spam and fraud, enforce the Program Terms and keep the site secure.

3. What is public

Your digital business card is a public page. It shows your name, title, photo, phone, email, LinkedIn link, bio and referral code. Anyone with the link or the QR code can view it and save your contact details. Your card stops showing when your account is suspended or ends. Your mailing address, application and earnings are never shown on your card.

4. What customers and Strata9 can see

Strata9 admins can see your application, profile, accounts, commission and payouts. Customers who use your link do not see your earnings. Your dashboard shows you the names of the accounts credited to you and the payments behind your commission. Treat that information as confidential under the Program Terms.

5. Referral cookies

When someone opens your referral link, Strata9.exchange or Strata9.rentals stores your referral code in a first-party cookie on that person's browser for up to 90 days, so a later signup can be credited to you.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Stripe, to set up and send payouts.
• Service providers that host our database and send our email, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
• Tax authorities, courts or law enforcement when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor if Strata9 is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application information while it is under review and for a reasonable period after a decision. We keep commission and payout records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after your account ends. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

8. Your choices

You can view and update your profile in your dashboard. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@strata9.exchange. Some records must be kept for legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, sign-in links that expire, and access limited to Strata9 admins. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your email account protected, because it is how you sign in.

10. Age

The Program is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date, and tell active Sales Executives by email when a change is significant.
